We currently ship across India and to select international locations (please check during checkout for availability).

2. Order Processing Time

✅ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
✅ You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (India):
    Delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on location.
    Standard shipping rates apply (shown at checkout).

  • International:
    Delivery time: 10–20 business days depending on country and customs clearance.
    Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Sources

  • We ship products from:
    📦 Unit 1 – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India
    📦 Unit 2 – Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • ELYQRA MUSE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
    All international customers are responsible for these charges.

7. Delays and Issues

  • We strive to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

8. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or missing, contact us immediately at support@elyqramuse.com. We will work with the courier to locate or replace your order.

9. Address Accuracy

    We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
