Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At ELYQRA MUSE, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
✅ Item must have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
✅ Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Gift cards
❌ Discounted or sale items (final sale)
❌ Custom or made-to-order products
❌ Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us at support@elyqramuse.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely and ship it back (shipping costs for returns are usually borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong).
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal, PhonePe, etc.).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@elyqramuse.com with your order details.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@elyqramuse.com.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@elyqramuse.com with photos and your order number.
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

9. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).
